How do I return my item?

Request a return

• Use our contact us webform, or email us at contact@senzelajade.com with your order number within 10 days of receiving your item.

Receive your return instructions

We will provide you with:

• the return address
• instructions for preparing your return
• a return slip to complete (personal details, reason for return, and preference for a refund or exchange)

Please include this slip inside your return parcel.

Send your item back

The gown must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping is at your cost unless we have confirmed a fault or error on our side.
• We strongly recommend tracked postage, as Senzela Jade does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen returns.
• Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
